The least I can do in this financial crisis, from my end, is to accept the increase of refund and change of date fee from USD $10 to USD $25. Thank you.

I would just like to say that I appreciate the hard work of the all the agents, especially the Manila Team. There were some that disappointed me, but most exceeded my expectations. I know that especially during the height of the cancellations, everyone felt that they were walking on egg shells, but some Manila agents surprised me with their work ethics and dedication. COVID-19 has been such a challenge for everyone in the travel industry. Even though there are times when I feel discouraged, the support that I have been getting from Willie, the Manila team,and everyone at Sky Bird has truly been a source of strength and encouragement. They have all been patient with me and my customers, even if I know at times they are overwhelmed as well. They always provide the friendly, sincere,and top notch service that I have been used to after working with them for several years. Just as I am an advocate for my customers, the team at Sky Bird has been my advocate when dealing with the airlines and helping me understand the rapidly changing waivers that come out on a regular basis. I truly pray that after all this is over, that we will thrive and continue to offer the best value and service to all of customers.
I am writing to express my gratitude and a million thanks for the great efforts of you and your dedicated team. Their highly efficient work helped to successfully book 700 tickets for students at this critical juncture, which seemed nearly impossible given the time constraints. Once again, I greatly appreciate and thank you all especially Archana, Mizan, and Heena and your back office ticketing team who worked day and night to meet the urgent requirements of critical deadlines. I am very happy with the service provided by the Manila Desk. Everyone is very eager to help and knowledgeable. I can always rely on the agents for help with every issue. My calls are always returned and my needs promptly serviced. I am sometimes even reminded if I forget about a deadline or an issue about a client I have to resolve. I don't usually get this kind of attention anywhere else so I consider it valuable for my business. One other good thing about Manila desk is someone is always available day and late at night.
