We will only charge you when the airlines charge us. Should you use a client's credit card to charge a ticket, Sky Bird charges only the gross amount on the client's card, plus your mark up for your commission. All your payments are subsequently mailed to you with your commission check the following week. It's that simple!

Con Probe
When the passenger enters your web site, they can proceed to check fares by entering the origin, destination, dates of travel, and making a one-way/roundtrip selection. This immediately registers them in the Sky Bird database. The Sky Bird servers perform the price check, carry out the booking process and complete the transaction. With the passenger unaware of their presence on Sky Bird servers, no additional technology infrastructure is required for the travel agency.
Search results
The system searches in our database, adds your markup and responds with a list of fares sorted by the best price. Only the fares that qualify for all the fare rules are shown. We check for validity and blackout dates, minimum/maximum stay, etc. For example, if a fare does not meet minimum stay requirements, it is shown in red and indicates why the fare cannot be booked. Weekend surcharges, if applicable, are also shown to a passenger. Thus, we offer services showing all possible choices for a passenger.
Secure payments
Once the passenger sees a fare they like, they then check seat availability. The user can choose from the various flight options available and enter passenger information. The passenger enters credit card and billing information on our secure site and a PNR is created and displayed on the screen. Since a majority of passengers are price shopping initially, prices are separated by quote from the seat availability. This allows the travel agent to offer services through your own web site to those passengers that like to "do it themselves." They do all of the work and searching instead of you. We offer unrestricted and unlimited access to fares through our website www.skybirdtravel.com. You can have access to the complete fare list by going through a simple registration process.
You can register, have multiple passwords and change or update your profile at anytime. After which, you will be able to view a listing of all of your past and current bookings through our Instamanage program. This program makes it easy to track the status of your bookings, especially if you have had to make changes during the course of a record.
Group booking assistance
Call us for help with any group requests you may have. We are able to provide you with the advantage of our buying power with various carriers that will allow us to quote you some very competitive group fares.
